Customer Remedy

WE LIMIT REPLACEMENT TO THIRTY DAYS. ALL REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO THE UNITED STATES.

License

Buyer's right to use the Service is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by Company or by Buyer's credit card company. All images, text, contents, products, and scripts are licensed and never sold, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction is prohibited. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, sell, lease, rent, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program or product, or any subset of the licensed program or product, except as provided for in this agreement or expressly in writing. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and my result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Legal Forum, Choice of Laws & Official Language

This offering is a Contract between you the buyer and our business, the seller. This Contract shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Georgia and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be brought solely in the State of Georgia, USA, and Buyer expressly submits to the jurisdiction of said courts and Buyer consents to extra-territorial service of process. Whether or not you choose to print this offering, containing the terms and conditions as described herein, you agree that this contract constitutes a writing. Failure of Company to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.

This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official languages of the contract's text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms, you have the option to not participate in the offer.
